Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Supervisor of Sales Process Administration to lead a small team of administrators responsible for high-volume, time-sensitive sales operations. This entry-level leadership role requires strong coordination, people management fundamentals, and a passion for team enablement and process optimization.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Administrative Support.
• 1+ years in a mentoring, team lead, or project coordination capacity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to analyze trends and report on team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-10 sales process administrators.
• Monitor daily workload, support ticket volume, and service levels.
• Support team development and knowledge-sharing across process areas.
• Partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
• Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding of new team members.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
