• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for dynamic reports.
• Enjoy working with numbers and data, with strong work ethic.

• Amenable to EMEA working hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform investment operations functions for pension fund clients, collaborating with custodians and managers.
• Handle cash management, invoice reconciliation and payment instructions.
• Provide monitoring and compliance support; apply controls and risk management.
• Carry out trade matching and support the team in service delivery.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency for client teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and other deliverables that meet stakeholder expectations.
• Review reports to ensure output adheres to standards and procedures.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations proactively.
• Document processes clearly and maintain up-to-date records.
