Job summary

ETHOS is seeking senior investment analysts with extensive experience in equity research, credit analysis, and valuation advisory to train AI models on professional finance documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and a compensation of $100/hour for 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start.

You will own and refine DCF, trading comps, and LBO models, and produce high-quality memos for institutional stakeholders, contributing to AI-driven decision

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Work on core workflows including DCF valuation models, trading comps, LBO models, and covenant summaries.
• Prepare investment committee memos and risk analyses for institutional stakeholders.
