Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced equity research analysts to help train AI models using professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Candidates should have 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.

Compensation is $100/hour with flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more). The role is fully remote, start date ASAP, and suitable for candidates in the Philippines or other regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for DCF valuation models, comparable company analyses, credit risk memos, and LBO scenarios.
