Responsibilities

• Assists in facilitating and controlling the issuance and delivery of stationery, supplies, bank forms and related logistical requirements of the bank.
• Receives, examines and secures deliveries from vendors.
• Prepares issuances in the system and ensures timely delivery to requesting units.
• Monitors stock levels and recommends reorders/purchase requests through the system.
• Maintains and updates inventory of stationeries, supplies and bank forms.
• Conducts periodic physical inventory in the stock room.
• Assists in proper disposal of obsolete items.
• Collates and validates billing statements and delivery receipts.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (Logistics) or equivalent
