Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim invites experienced investigators to join our team to lead end-to-end internal investigations across multiple jurisdictions. You will develop strategies, interview witnesses, assess evidence, and deliver clear, fact-based findings while upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.

The role offers opportunities to mentor less experienced investigators and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Data Privacy teams in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field; Law/Legal/Accounting/Finance degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting internal investigations, compliance reviews, forensic examinations, or similar investigative work in a multinational environment.
  • Strong interviewing, evidence analysis, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex and sensitive investigations while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience across multiple jurisdictions and functions is preferred.

About Our Future Employee
