Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field; law/legal studies, accounting or finance is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting internal investigations in a multinational environment.
• Strong interviewing, evidence analysis, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex and sensitive investigations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

In this role, you'll develop investigation strategies, conduct interviews, evaluate evidence, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver clear, fact-based findings and recommendations. You'll ensure investigations are handled objectively, confidentially, and in line with company policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards. You may also have the opportunity to guide and mentor less experienced investigators as they grow in their careers.

Duties and Responsibilities

About Our Future Employee
