Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating interior fit-out projects from design to completion.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Strong communication with owners, designers, engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review interior design drawings, shop drawings, specs, and submittals for constructability.
• Prepare and update fit-out cost estimates, budgets, and cash flows.
• Review project schedules, sequencing, long-lead items, inspections, and testing.
• Coordinate pre-bid/pre-award meetings with contractors and suppliers.
• Assist in evaluating bids and proposals for fit-out works.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, review changes and claims.
• Coordinate activities of fit-out contractors for proper sequencing and interface.
