Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to advance corporate/workplace interior projects. You will lead design development, site evaluations, and client collaboration with strong communication across teams.

The role requires a diploma or degree in interior design or related fields and at least 2 years in corporate interior design, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. On-site in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate/workplace interior projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design plans including floor plans and 3D renderings.
• Specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
• Create sample boards to illustrate design concepts to clients.
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure feasibility.
