Job summary

You will prepare detailed plans, select materials, create boards, coordinate with clients and contractors, and manage costs while ensuring design quality and sustainability across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate/workplace interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, interior details, and 3D renderings.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures for interior spaces.
• Create sample boards to illustrate the proposed design concept to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinate interior layouts with MEP design consultants; oversee construction and ensure design implementation.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects; ensure quality control.
