Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate/workplace interior design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering tools (Enscape).

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design plans including floor plans, elevations, interior details and 3D renderings.
• Specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures for interior spaces.
• Create sample boards to illustrate proposed design concepts for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Coordinate interior layouts with MEP design consultants and oversee budgets.
