Job summary

JLL is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer for corporate workplace projects in Taguig, Philippines. You will lead design concepts, space planning and documentation, collaborating with services consultants and a multi-cultural team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of corporate/workplace interior design experience, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Revit. The role offers an autonomous, fast-paced environment and opportunities to work on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or related field.
5+ years of experience in corporate/workplace interior design.
Strong knowledge of space planning, FF&E, furniture systems and materials.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Creative designers on various high profile Workplace Design projects.
Strong space planning, design concepts, documentation, detailing and presentation experience.
Participate in selection of interior finishes and furniture systems; collaborate with services consultants.
Mentoring and managing a team of interior designers / junior designers.
