Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design plans including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
• Create sample boards to illustrate design concepts for clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure feasibility.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Oversee construction and ensure design implementation.
• Conduct quality control on all design aspects and installations.
