• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to convert to local reporting requirements.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor external reporting and statutory compliance activities.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on their impact.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and in-country resources.
• Drive governance improvements and process automation.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements and statutory submissions.
