Job summary

G2 Travel seeks a dedicated intercompany accountant to own monthly reconciliations across global entities and support month-end close from Manila. You will collaborate with Asia-based finance staff and use Dynamics to identify mismatches, drive corrections, and maintain clear ownership trackers.

The successful candidate will bring strong reconciliation skills, multi-entity accounting experience, and solid Excel/ERP proficiency to ensure accurate intercompany balances and clean eliminations.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong reconciliation and general-ledger experience.
• Experience in multi-entity intercompany accounting, consolidation or shared services preferred.
• Strong Excel/ERP skills and ability to analyse differences efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly intercompany reconciliations across all G2 entities.
• Coordinate confirmations and issue resolution with local Finance Managers and accounting teams.
• Analyze differences relating primarily to handling fees, expense recharges/reimbursements and intercompany loans.
• Use Dynamics intercompany/elimination reporting to identify mismatches and drive corrections at source.
• Maintain a structured tracker of open differences, owners, age and expected resolution date.
• Prepare or review correcting entries and ensure both sides of intercompany transactions remain aligned.
• Support month-end consolidation and elimination processes by ensuring reliable intercompany balances.
• Review historical items and permanently resolve legacy differences rather than carrying them forward.
• Provide guidance to Carmela/Nica or other support staff and review their work.
• Document standard intercompany processes, cut-off rules and recurring monthly entries.
