Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring a Senior Intercompany and Payment Accountant to manage intercompany transactions, AR/AP reconciliations, and month-end close from its onsite Pasay office.

The role requires 2–5 years in intercompany accounting, strong ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite), and solid knowledge of payment controls and banking security. Onsite mid-shift work with competitive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in intercompany accounting, accounts payable, payment processing, cash management, or general accounting.
• Experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and online banking systems.
• Solid understanding of payment controls, approval workflows, banking security, and audit requirements.
• Experience closing monthly accounting books and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process intra-group transactions, including manual invoices and AR corrections per procedures.
• Conduct intercompany AR/AP balance confirmations and resolve variances promptly.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for intercompany accounts with supporting documentation.
• Support month-end close activities, including AR/AP IC reconciliations and accruals.
• Execute payment workflows by preparing PPRs, validating bank files, and processing EFTs/wires securely.
