Job summary

TREYNA Group in Makati is seeking a Senior Integrated Designer to craft high-quality assets across digital, print, motion, video, and multimedia platforms. You will translate briefs into compelling visuals, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with photographers, editors, and producers to deliver impactful campaigns.

We value strong typography, layout and branding skills, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in advertising, creative production, agency work, or a similar creative environment.
• Strong capabilities in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong design and art direction skills, with a solid understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design, motion, video, and creative software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and motion/video.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual assets across design production, social media content, presentations, branding, and other advertising production requirements.
• Translate creative briefs, campaign concepts, and brand objectives into compelling visual executions.
• Create design systems, key visuals, presentation materials, storyboards, and other multimedia assets. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Deliver high-quality creative work across static and moving formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, producers, and other creative partners where required.
• Apply strong design and art direction principles across typography, composition, color, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Support the development of visual concepts and creative directions for campaigns and production projects.
• Ensure creative outputs are polished, accurate, and aligned with the approved creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Recommend creative improvements that strengthen visual impact, communication, and audience engagement.
• Work closely with design and delivery lead, multimedia producers, multimedia artists, writers, account teams, and other stakeholders throughout project development.
• Manage assigned creative deliverables and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
• Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining the quality and integrity of the creative work.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions during brainstorming, concept development, and production.
• Stay current with design, motion, video, social media content, and advertising trends.
• Explore emerging technologies and AI-assisted creative tools that can enhance creative development and production.
• Continuously strengthen design, motion, video, and art direction capabilities.
