Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Senior Designer to join our Manila team. You will lead design output, own the creative quality across key accounts, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with London and Manila studios.

You’ll apply a user-centered approach to brand, campaign and digital work, with expertise in typography, layout, and motion. Strong presentation skills and client-facing confidence are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of graphic design experience in digital and gaming, with a strong portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end motion delivery, including concepting, storyboarding and styleframing.
• A user-centred design approach with accessibility considerations.
• Experience mentoring designers, including remote or offshore teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing confidence.
• Self-motivated, highly organised with strong ownership over deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design output on key accounts and maintain high quality from concept to final design.
• Become the go-to expert on brands and IPs, guiding the team and ensuring consistency.
• Set the bar for design craft with typography, layout and composition, reviewing outputs for polish and on-brand quality.
• Partner with project managers to scope design requirements, estimate timings and plan resources.
• Act as senior design point of contact for Manila, giving direction and mentoring to align with studios.
• Mentor junior and mid-weight designers in Manila and London to develop their craft.
• Present and defend creative work to clients and contribute to pitches.
