Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in advertising, creative production, agency work, or a similar creative environment.
• Strong capabilities in motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong design and art direction skills, with a solid understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design, motion, video, and creative software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and motion/video.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual assets across design production, social media content, presentations, branding, and other advertising production requirements.

• Create design systems, key visuals, presentation materials, storyboards, and other multimedia assets. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

• Apply strong design and art direction principles across typography, composition, color, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Support the development of visual concepts and creative directions for campaigns and production projects.
• Ensure creative outputs are polished, accurate, and aligned with the approved creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Recommend creative improvements that strengthen visual impact, communication, and audience engagement.
• Work closely with design and delivery lead, multimedia producers, multimedia artists, writers, account teams, and other stakeholders throughout project development.
• Manage assigned creative deliverables and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
• Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining the quality and integrity of the creative work.

The Senior Integrated Designer is responsible for creating high-quality creative assets across digital, print, motion, video, and multimedia platforms. This role requires a strong foundation in design craft with art direction capabilities, with the ability to transform creative concepts into compelling visual experiences. Candidates should have a keen eye for visual communication and branding while delivering work that meets creative standards and project objectives.

We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented designer who can effectively balance conceptual thinking with technical execution and make a meaningful contribution to the development of impactful advertising and production work.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Design & Creative Execution

• Develop and execute creative visual assets across design production, social media content, presentations, branding, and other advertising production requirements.
