Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Digital & Graphic Designer to craft high‑quality visual assets that align with brand standards across print and digital marketing.

You will design brochures, case studies, banners, templates, social graphics and emails; manage asset libraries and coordinate with printers and suppliers.

The role requires 3+ years in graphic or digital design and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, plus experience with branding and multi‑channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality visual assets aligned with brand standards for all communications.
• Design and produce materials across print and digital channels, including brochures, capability statements, presentations, case studies, product literature, promotional materials, templates and branded documents.
• Create digital content and campaign assets for websites, social media, email marketing (eDMs), digital advertising and lead generation campaigns.
• Support brand development initiatives, product launches, campaigns and customer engagement activities through visual communication and creative solutions.
• Develop and edit multimedia content including video, motion graphics and other digital assets for campaigns and events.
• Create visual assets for trade shows, exhibitions and internal initiatives, including signage and displays.
• Maintain and organise digital asset libraries, photography, templates, and design systems for brand consistency.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, printers and partners when required.
