Job summary

Truelogic, Inc. in Metro Manila (Makati) seeks a Creative Designer to craft high-quality graphics, videos, and digital marketing assets for our brand and campaigns.

You will design web pages, social content, and marketing materials, collaborating with the Creative Team Lead and Senior Designer to ensure consistency with our brand identity and marketing goals. The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a creative design role; agency experience a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, social media content creation, and marketing materials.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.

Responsibilities

• Web Design: Develop user-friendly and visually compelling website designs; create wireframes and interactive prototypes; present concepts and collaborate with development teams.
• Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging content for social platforms, including static graphics and short-form videos; maintain brand identity.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design materials for paid ads, emails, and promotions; optimize designs for performance.
• Static and Video Ads: Create ads that capture attention and drive conversions; work with marketing to understand goals.
• Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming and contribute brand-aligned ideas.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the Creative Team Lead and Senior Designer to ensure deliverables align with direction and standards.
