Job summary

Frontier is seeking a Lead Risk Advisor Assistant to join the remote operations team, focusing on senior support for Risk Advisors and coordination with carriers and underwriters on commercial lines. You will ensure accurate submissions, renewals, and policy documentation while guiding junior staff and improving workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing U.S. commercial insurance accounts.
• Direct work with insurance carriers and underwriters on commercial lines.
• Support for manually underwritten commercial policies (submissions, follow-ups, negotiations, revisions).
• Knowledge of GL, Commercial Property, WC, Commercial Auto, Umbrella/Excess Liability.
• Handling renewals, endorsements, COIs, policy checking and servicing.
• Understanding of insurance terminology, policy docs, and workflows.
• Experience with AMS/insurance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational and account servicing support for Risk Advisors.
• Prepare, review, and process commercial submissions, quotations, renewals, endorsements, and changes.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters on new business and renewals.
• Support placement and servicing of various commercial coverages.
• Prepare COIs and other policy documents.
• Review policies for accuracy and completeness.
• Gather and validate client information for submissions and carrier requests.
• Maintain records in CRM and carrier portals.
• Monitor billing items with clients and carriers; escalate discrepancies.
