Job summary

Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Brokerage seeks an experienced professional to develop and manage insurance products, overseeing the full lifecycle from ideation to launch. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and collaboration with sales and support units to optimize profitability and market fit.

You will lead product proposals, pilot testing, and performance reviews, while ensuring documentation compliance and effective training materials for teams across channels.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably with a master’s degree in business administration
• Experience within the insurance industry or insurance brokerage, REQUIRED
• At least five (5) years of work experience in insurance product development and management in any insurance company

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new insurance products and enhance existing products under the portfolio
• Oversee documentation and compliance with governing laws and regulations
• Present product proposals to CLIB Head and Insurance Product Division Head
• Plan profitability targets and collaborate with Sales Team to maximize channels
• Lead periodic product performance reviews and monitor for irregular transactions/fraud
• Develop product training materials and communication strategies
• Collaborate with IMCG for marketing campaigns
• Design and analyze customer feedback surveys to assess product impact
• Respond to escalated technical product issues
