Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a senior leader to drive Life & Annuities operations across global clients. You will ensure SLAs, quality, and customer experience while guiding large, distributed teams through transformations and cost optimization.

The role emphasizes governance, financial discipline, and close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. A US shift schedule and frequent onsite engagement are expected to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Insurance Operations, BPS, Contact Center Operations, or Business Process Management.
• 8+ years of expertise in the Life & Annuities Insurance domain.
• Proven success owning and managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for a business unit, insurance operation, shared services center, or BPO/BPS account.
• Experience leading large, distributed operations with governance and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive transformation and improve business performance to meet strategic objectives.
• Amenable to US shift schedule and frequent onsite work as required.
• FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life & Annuities operations, ensuring SLAs, quality, productivity, customer experience, and financial targets.
• Manage large-scale operations through multiple layers of leadership, driving accountability and high performance.
• Build and develop leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and capability development.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure governance, operational excellence, and successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, resource utilization, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management practices.
