• Proficient in BPM/optimization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor a team of Customer Service Representatives delivering life insurance processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and analyze data for performance insights.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and reporting requirements.
• Provide training, mentoring, and updates to the team on business expectations.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to deliver excellent service.
