Qualifications

• Proven experience as Team Lead handling Life and Annuity Insurance in BPO.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience; minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Must have at least 2 years people management experience.
• Experience in managing Life Insurance products, services and operations for at least 2 years.
• Strong Life insurance product, services and process understanding.
• Flexible working hours - ability to work in shifts and adapt to new demand; Multitasker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course.
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor business process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements, data analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot process bottlenecks and errors.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide insights for enhancing process performance.
• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Assist in developing and documenting process guidelines.
• Accountable for overall service delivery and team performance.
• SME and responsible for day-to-day management of a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Communicate business expectations, provide updates, and train/mentor the team.
• Create and maintain reports to validate team activities.
