Qualifications

• 5–7 years of data analytics or related experience.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• SQL skills with Python or scripting experience.
• Experience with APIs and multi-source data integration.
• Experience with large datasets, data cleaning, modeling.
• Experience building dashboards or data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry benchmarking using internal and external data.
• Develop customer-specific analyses on performance trends and health indicators.
• Build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure and dashboards.
• Develop capacity models for workload forecasting and planning.
• Integrate data from internal and third-party APIs into unified datasets.
• Write SQL and Python scripts to clean, transform, and analyze data.
• Apply AI tools to support research and process improvement.
• Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success to structure analyses.
• Support health, renewal, and retention analysis by identifying trends.
• Identify data quality issues and document data sources and methods.
• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting.
• Support team onboarding and training on data tools and processes.
