Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our Eastwood, Quezon City team for onsite night shift aligned with EST business hours. You will drive benchmarking studies, analytics across customer performance, and scale reporting pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in data analysis, data science, analytics engineering, or related
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python or similar scripting language
• Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources
• Experience handling large, complex datasets with cleaning, structuring, and modeling
• Experience building or maintaining reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and data pipelines
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work full-time during EST business hours

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry benchmarking studies using internal and external data to generate actionable insights
• Develop customer-specific analyses covering performance trends, competitive positioning, visibility patterns, and account health indicators
• Build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure, including data pipelines and internal dashboards
• Develop capacity models to support workload forecasting and resource planning
• Integrate data from internal and third-party APIs into unified datasets
• Write SQL queries, Python scripts, and automation to clean, transform, and analyze complex data
• Apply AI tools to support research, analysis, and process improvement while validating outputs
• Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success to turn ad hoc requests into structured analyses
• Support customer health, renewal, and retention analysis by identifying trends and risks
• Identify and resolve data quality issues; document data sources, definitions, and methodologies
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring reporting and analytical processes
• Support team onboarding and training on data tools and processes
