MicroSourcing International in Manila (Eastwood, Quezon City) is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead data analysis, modeling, and reporting infrastructure. This onsite role requires building pipelines, integrating APIs, and delivering actionable insights during EST business hours.

You will collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success, apply AI tools for research and process improvements, and mentor teammates while ensuring data quality and scalable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in data analysis, data science, analytics engineering, or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong SQL skills; hands-on Python or similar.
• Experience with APIs and multi-source data integration.
• Experience with large, complex datasets: cleaning, structuring, modeling.
• Proven ability to build/maintain reporting infra, dashboards, pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data accuracy focus.
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects independently; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work full-time during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry benchmarking studies using platform and external data.
• Develop customer-specific analyses: performance trends, visibility, health indicators.
• Build, maintain, improve reporting infrastructure: data pipelines, automated reports, dashboards.
• Develop capacity models for workload forecasting and resource planning.
• Integrate data from internal and third-party APIs into unified datasets.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to clean, transform, and analyze data.
• Apply AI tools to support research, analysis, and process improvement.
• Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success to structure ad hoc requests.
• Support customer health, renewal, and retention analyses; identify risk signals.
• Identify data quality issues; document sources, definitions, and methodologies.
• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate reporting.
• Support onboarding and training on data tools and best practices.
