Job summary

solaireresort is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize our infrastructure hardware and platform software. You will support performance improvements, incident resolution, capacity planning, and technical consultation across projects, serving as an escalation point for core systems.

The role requires strong virtualization skills (VMware/Nutanix), experience with Windows, Linux, and storage networks, plus familiarity with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience managing and supporting server infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
• Proven experience in infrastructure rollouts, upgrades, administration and decommissioning.
• Experience designing high-availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures infrastructure-related projects meet defined objectives, technical requirements, and standards.
• Analyses technical requirements and infrastructure risks to ensure proper integration with network topology.
• Contributes to short- and long-term infrastructure strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Participates in architecture decisions to ensure scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Documents infrastructure and network configurations accurately.
