Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Senior Manager – InfoSec Risk and Compliance to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise risk programs, aligning security with regulatory requirements and business goals.

You will head cross-functional teams, oversee audits, vendor risk, and awareness training, and report to senior leadership, building a high-performing risk and compliance function onsite in Clark Freeport Zone.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information security, risk management, or compliance.
• 5+ years in a senior management role overseeing security programs.
• Expertise in risk assessment methodologies (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS or equivalent compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation and management of information security risk and compliance programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to remediate risks and compliance gaps within timelines.
• Manage audits (internal and external) and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and compliance training to all levels.
