Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in information security.
• Minimum 5 years of information security experience, with at least 3 years in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
• Experience in risk assessment, threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of network, application, cloud security, and data protection.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading security projects and cross-functional teams, with global collaboration.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA or data protection regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement information security policies and frameworks aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability evaluations, and penetration testing to identify risks.
• Design and oversee deployment of security controls to protect systems, networks, and data.
• Monitor incidents, coordinate response, and minimise impact.
• Manage security compliance programs and standards adherence (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Lead security awareness and training across the organisation.
• Provide security guidance to senior management and stakeholders on threats and mitigations.

• Stay current with evolving threats and technologies to enhance resilience.
