Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Mandaluyong, Philippines, seeks a Senior IT Specialist / ICT Administrator to lead planning, administration, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise ICT and security technology systems.

You will administer Genetec Security Center, perform health assessments, support system implementations and cybersecurity hardening, and prepare comprehensive technical documentation for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, IS or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise ICT systems/infrastructure experience.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, physical security systems, or OT is preferred.
• 5 years Genetec Security Center experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, backup/recovery, monitoring, networking, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Genetec Security Center, supporting access control and video surveillance.
• Perform ICT infrastructure health assessments, preventive maintenance, monitoring, backups, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, database, network, application, and integration issues.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical expertise in ICT architecture, systems integration, interoperability, and solution design.
• Support cybersecurity hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch validation, privileged access management, audit logging, and disaster recovery.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, SOPs, architecture documents, test reports, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Hiring: Senior IT Specialist / ICT Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Specialist / ICT Administrator to support the planning, implementation, administration, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise ICT and security technology systems.

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration : 1 Year (Extendable)

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm PHT

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Certifications

Genetec Technical Certification, Microsoft, Cisco/Network+, Security+/CISSP/CISM/CEH, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile, and cloud certifications are advantageous.
