Job summary

RZ Ecommerce Corporation is seeking an Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead our creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook and other platforms. You will recruit, negotiate, manage contracts, and drive performance to deliver measurable results.

You will coordinate campaigns, monitor GMV and ROAS, ensure timely payouts with Finance, and continuously improve tracking systems and creator relationships in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years in influencer/affiliate marketing or ecommerce partnerships.
• Proven experience managing influencers, KOLs, affiliates, or creator networks.

Responsibilities

• Finds, recruits, and onboards influencers and creators to build a strong pipeline.
• Manages contracts, rates, commissions, renewals, and exits to protect brand value.
• Tracks performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CPA) and optimizes campaigns.
