PwC Southeast Asia Consulting is looking for Associates with 0‑2 years of experience to support client‑facing delivery of consulting projects. Associates will provide support to consultants on a variety of projects, including conducting desktop research, analysing data, preparing and developing content for presentations/reports, and managing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in business, sustainability, market research, or related fields, as well as strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

As an Associate, you will be trained and develop a strong project management and strategy capability, strong written and oral communication, and team‑working skills. You will also gain experience in specific industry sectors. The role will require you to work individually and as part of a team.

About the Role

We are seeking Associates to support the growth of the Manage Services practice and eventually assist in project management of client‑facing engagements throughout Southeast Asia. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assist Practice Leaders in developing and executing business strategies for market growth and client acquisition.
• Help create and update presentations and proposals aligning with key service offerings, highlighting value proposition and emphasizing PwC differentiators.
• Support in conducting research to understand market trends, assess competitor activities, and pinpoint potential business opportunities.
• Track and report business development activities using Salesforce for accurate data and metrics monitoring.
• Help in evaluating client needs and challenges to develop tailored strategies that effectively support their goals and drive business success.

• Support the project/program manager in areas such as Project Governance, Planning, Execution, and Control.
• Create standard project documents and templates, such as project charters, progress reports, dashboards, risk registers, and resource trackers.
• Track and clearly communicate project status and metrics.
• Generate reports on project health, status, risks, issues, and resources.
• Assess financial status by analysing actual results against plans and forecasts.
• Oversee and coordinate the deliverables of third‑party vendors or subcontractors.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting preparation, facilitation, and note‑taking.
• Learn the financial fundamentals and commercial factors that drive project business cases.
• Acquire knowledge and experience across the entire project and solution delivery lifecycle, including both traditional waterfall and Agile methods.
• Utilise project portfolio management (PPM) tools effectively.

• Skilled in using Microsoft 365 Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
