Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to plan and execute factory layout optimization projects, manage machine installation activities, and oversee production area reconfiguration and expansion initiatives.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14000, safety rules, and efficient material flow. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Industrial Engineering and be a licensed engineer.
• At least 5+ years experience in facility processes within manufacturing.
• Proven ability in project management.
• Experience planning and executing factory layout optimization and machine installation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001/14000 standards.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient computer skills with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient plant layouts to optimize workflow and space.
• Lead layout redesigns for new products, line expansions, or process improvements.
• Use layout planning tools such as AutoCAD, simulations, and digital factory tools.
• Ensure layouts comply with lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations.
• Optimize warehouse, production floor, and material flow.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and IE methodologies to improve productivity.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities across production processes.
• Lead CI projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Track timelines, budgets and performance metrics.
• Experience in machine installation and manufacturing line re-layout.

About you:

• Graduate of an Industrial Engineering Course, preferably a licensed engineer

• 5+ years of work experience in facility processes in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong background in project management

• Experience in planning and executing factory layout optimization projects, and machine installation activities

• Good communication, human relations and leadership skills;

• Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 14000 standards, systems

• Good English skills

• Computer literate with knowledge in auto-cadd program
