Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of industrial or product design.

Responsibilities

• Develop product concepts, sketches, 2D and 3D visualizations, and design documentation.
• Translate user needs, product goals, and technical requirements into practical design solutions.
• Present concepts and design recommendations to product and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, brand, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate design deliverables across multiple projects and keep work moving against agreed timelines.
• Identify design challenges early and refine concepts based on feedback and production requirements.

We’re looking for a Senior Industrial Designer who can turn ideas into compelling, production-ready designs for music and professional audio products. You’ll work across the product journey, from early concepts and visualizations to development, manufacturing, and launch.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys taking ownership, explaining their ideas clearly, and collaborating with teams across different disciplines and countries.

What you’ll do

• Develop product concepts, sketches, 2D and 3D visualizations, and design documentation.

• Translate user needs, product goals, and technical requirements into practical design solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Strong 2D and 3D visualization skills, with experience using relevant design and CAD tools.

• The ability to communicate design decisions clearly and work well with technical and nontechnical teams.

• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.

• Initiative, attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of your work
