Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio across digital and marketing projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding understanding.
• Ability to translate business objectives into visual solutions.
• Strong communication, organisation, and project ownership.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Agency or freelance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from briefing and concept development through execution and final delivery.
• Create high-quality designs across digital campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Work directly with clients to clarify briefs, understand business objectives, and recommend creative approaches.
• Present concepts and confidently explain the rationale behind design decisions.
• Guide feedback discussions, provide constructive recommendations, and translate client comments into clear revisions.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual identities across formats and channels.
