Qualifications

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing high-quality creative materials across Infinity Sports International's products, brands, marketing campaigns, and communication channels. This is a senior-level, hands-on design role requiring strong creative expertise, independent project ownership, and the ability to handle key projects involving product design, branding, packaging, digital content, and marketing materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Manager, Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments to translate business and marketing requirements into effective visual solutions while maintaining strong and consistent brand standards. The role may also provide design guidance and technical support to junior members of the Creative Team when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts based on approved briefs, brand guidelines, and business requirements
• Handle assigned design projects from initial concept through final artwork and production
• Create high-quality visual materials for both digital and print applications
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
• Present design concepts and recommend creative solutions to the Creative Manager and relevant stakeholders
• Develop visual concepts for new and existing sports and consumer products
• Create visual materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and other company initiatives
• Review artwork and design files for accuracy, quality, specifications, and brand consistency before final production
• Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork
• Stay updated on trends in graphic design, branding, packaging, product visualization, social media, and digital content

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, product design, branding, packaging, or related creative work
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in graphic design, product design, branding, packaging, digital content, and marketing materials
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, composition, branding, and visual communication
• Experience in product mockups, digital rendering, packaging, labels, and marketing materials
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines
• Good organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to provide design guidance and support to junior designers
