Job summary

The Senior IMS Associate leads the compliance of the Quality Management System of the organization with ISO and other industry standards thru the continual implementation. This role will support in leading the implementation and execution of Quality Management System indicatives towards management system maturity and best in class.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior IMS Associate leads the compliance of the Quality Management System of the organization with ISO and other industry standards thru the continual implementation. This role will support in leading the implementation and execution of Quality Management System indicatives towards management system maturity and best in class.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES

• DCC Function: Manages document control, release, and portal updates with retention tracking
• Ensures external documents are translated into internal requirements
• Standardizes procedures with process owners from creation to approval
• Administers document review and approval workflows
• Conducts QMS training and onboarding sessions
• Performs audits, gap analysis, and compliance monitoring (Lead Auditor role)
• Supports ISO/R2 and regulatory certification readiness and compliance
• Drives QMS programs and supports project execution (DMAIC, PM lifecycle)
• Conducts process, system, layered, and legal compliance audits
• IMS Function: Manages layered process audit performance and approvals
• Supports compliance tracking for QIP metrics and audit requirements
• Coordinates ISO readiness plans, monitoring, and reporting
• Tracks auditor performance and recognition programs
• Monitors audit schedules and coordinates with auditors/auditees
• Standardizes procedures and ensures timely documentation processes
• Conducts QMS training and onboarding support
• Supports certification compliance (ISO, R2) and QMS initiatives
