Operations Team Lead JOB CODE PHL5300 JOB PROFILE NAME (Title) Operations Team Lead MANAGEMENT LEVEL 9 Staff DISCIPLINE REPORTS TO FSLA CLASSIFICATION The Operations Team Lead oversees day-to-day team execution, aligning workload, quality, and timelines to operational targets. This role coordinates cross-functional handoffs, monitors KPIs, and resolves routine obstacles to maintain service levels and throughput. The Team Lead supports process adherence, implements incremental improvements, and ensures clear communication of priorities and status. Responsibilities include coaching team members, assigning tasks based on capacity, and escalating risks with actionable context. Success is measured by predictable delivery, reduced rework, and consistent compliance with standardized procedures.
