Job summary

RealPage, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant III to lead complex end-to-end customer implementations and advise on strategy, process alignment, and product best practices. You will coordinate across product teams and resolve escalations while applying advanced accounting knowledge for adoption and revenue recognition.

You will mentor junior consultants, guide high-visibility projects, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and customer readiness for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in software implementation, project management or consulting with client delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into implementation strategy for customers.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent implementations for enterprise customers across product teams.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk plans to drive go-live and revenue recognition.
• Serve as senior contact for escalations and complex customer decisions.
• Advise customers on current-state vs future-state workflows for software adoption.
• Configure RealPage Accounting and related products for advanced workflows.
• Review month-end processes with customers to support readiness and success.
• Partner with leaders to remove blockers and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Mentor junior consultants with implementation expertise and leadership.
