Job summary

RealPage, Inc. seeks an Engagement Coordinator to oversee deployment of the RealPage platform on Add‑on accounts with under 5,000 units and 3–5 products. You will partner with customers to understand timelines and build a deployment schedule, coordinating with Implementation resources to ensure a smooth onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration, delivering clear weekly updates and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in industry.
• 0–2 years experience in project management, customer onboarding, software implementation, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, project tracking systems).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of RealPage products for small‑scale accounts.
• Manage project plans for Add‑On and SMB customers.
• Coordinate with RealPage Implementation resources for a seamless onboarding.
• Create and maintain a consolidated deployment schedule aligned with customer expectations.
• Track and consolidate deliverables across all RealPage solutions in the project.
• Provide weekly updates to customers via email with schedules and statuses.
