Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a Senior Identity, Access & Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to own IAM and Microsoft 365 environments, driving security, governance, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms.

You will lead for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, and privileged access management, partnering with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering, Compliance, and business stakeholders to implement scalable identity solutions with automation and cloud security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Identity and Access Management and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• 3+ years of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience or equivalent Identity Governance platform.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, ServiceNow, HR platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with user access certifications, entitlement reviews, role management, and governance processes.
• Experience supporting SOX, audit, compliance, and access governance requirements.
