Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Identity & Access Management team in the Philippines with a senior IAM analyst role, located in Cubao with hybrid work. You will administer Okta, configure SAML/OIDC/OAuth integrations, and support lifecycle management across enterprise apps.

Collaboration with security and infrastructure teams will strengthen our security posture while driving efficient identity workflows. Ideal candidates have hands-on Okta experience, understand federation technologies, and are

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IAM operations experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Okta or similar IAM platforms.
• Understanding of authentication and federation technologies: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and least-privilege security concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Okta services including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory.
• Configure and maintain application integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests across enterprise applications.
• Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes through Okta Workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement access controls and least-privilege principles.
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Participate in compliance, audit, and governance activities.
