Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager to lead identity governance projects and mentor the team. You will help secure access to critical systems while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Applicants should have 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments and be proficient in IIQ, ISC, IAM, and governance processes. The role offers hybrid work with Cubao office accommodations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), and IAM concepts.
• Experience leading or contributing to large-scale SailPoint implementations and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members while driving technical excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams to deliver identity security initiatives.
• Drive team performance and contribute to key project decisions.
• Implement and optimize identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and role management.
• Assess identity-related risks and propose security improvements.
• Support resolution of identity and access-related security incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge-sharing.
