Job summary

Accenture is seeking an IAM Specialist / Team Lead to manage Okta-based Identity & Access Management operations and mentor the team. You will oversee SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and directory services while guiding identity security practices across the organization.

The role requires hands-on IAM expertise, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with security and infrastructure teams. Hybrid work from Cubao is offered with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IAM experience.
• Strong Okta administration experience.
• Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust and least-privilege principles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex IAM incidents and escalations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring team members or leading small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Okta-based Identity & Access Management services.
• Oversee administration of Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory.
• Configure and support enterprise application integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Drive efficient user access provisioning and deprovisioning across platforms.
• Escalation point for complex IAM incidents and operational issues.
• Guide security and infrastructure teams in identity security best practices.
• Support and enhance Joiner/Mover/Leaver automation through Okta Workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Develop operational processes, runbooks, and governance documentation.
• Support audit, risk, and compliance requirements related to identity security.
