Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an IAM Senior Analyst to secure identity and access across enterprise systems. You will administer Okta, implement SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to strengthen defenses.

Configure integrations with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM; manage provisioning and access requests; investigate incidents; support JML via Okta workflows; and contribute to audits and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IAM operations experience.
• Hands-on with Okta or similar IAM platforms.
• Understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Experience integrating Okta with AD/Azure Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and least-privilege concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Okta services (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle, Universal Directory).
• Configure and maintain app integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests.
• Investigate identity incidents and support requests per SLAs; support JML via Okta Workflows.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement access controls and least-privilege.
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and procedures.
• Participate in compliance, audit, and governance activities.
