Job summary

Accenture is seeking an IAM Senior Analyst to secure digital access across enterprise systems in a hybrid Manila setting. You will administer Okta, manage SSO/MFA, and implement lifecycle workflows while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IAM operations, hands-on Okta experience, and strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and Azure AD integration. Join a global leader focused on secure, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

2+ years of IAM operations experience.
Hands-on experience administering Okta or similar IAM platforms.
Knowledge of authentication and federation technologies (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Understanding of Zero Trust and least-privilege concepts.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Okta services including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management and Universal Directory.
Configure and maintain application integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
Manage user provisioning and access requests across enterprise applications.
Investigate identity-related incidents and service requests within SLAs.
Support Joiner/Movers/Leavers processes through Okta Workflows and automation.
Collaborate with security to implement access controls and least-privilege policies.
Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
Participate in compliance, audit and governance activities.
