Job summary

ITC Collections & Dispute Management Sr Analyst at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer collections and dispute management within the Invoice-to-Cash process, supporting Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance. This role targets high-risk, high-value portfolios to ensure timely cash collection and accurate dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• End-to-end I2C / Cash Applications experience.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma industry preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collections and dispute management within I2C.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
